"One looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers,
but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings."
~Carl Jung~
I earned my Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in Clinical Social Work, a degree which qualifies me to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with emotional, behavioral, psychological, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program, and the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Institute.

Finding Your True Self
I have worked directly with children, adolescents, individual adults, and couples for over 30 years on concerns including but not limited to therapy with those experiencing depression, anxiety, sexual problems, attention and distractibility problems, eating disorders, divorce/separation and problem behaviors interfering with success in school or work. I have extensive experience with schools providing groups and individual mental health services to children and adolescents, and consultations to teachers and parents. I have provided parent coaching and consultation services throughout. I enjoy providing supervision to professional social workers seeking clinical licensure.
